• We accept Paypal and Direct Deposit. Please let us know what method you would prefer.

• Postage costs a low flat fee of $9.90 to post australia wide for a single item. We will combine postage costs for multiple items to save you money, check out our other items for sale.
• Postage will occur within 24 hours of payment clearing.
• If you are bidding on more than 1 item and want to combine postage please contact us as soon as the first auction has ended and before paying for the item.
• All items are couriered to your door and will usually take between 1 and 3 days however delays can cause this to take longer.
• All items are registered and have postage insurance

Please check the item over as soon as you receive it. If there is any defects or faults with it then email us ASAP. We will need the item returned to us within the timeframe outlined in the following table.

We do not accept returns for items that have been physically damaged by the buyer or items that are incorrectly bid on.

All items from Mason Phones come with a 12 month warranty (Sonim handsets come with 36 months). If there is a problem with the phone after the initial DOA period please contact us immediately with as many details as possible about the problem. Do not send the item at this stage, we will inform you when and where to post to. You will need to return the full sales package. You will be responsible for postage of the item both to and from us. We will be responsible for postage to and from the manufacturer. The item will generally remain at the manufacturer for 14 days. Please note that the Imei Number behind the battery must match Imei on the package
