We do not accept returns for items that have been physically damaged by the buyer or items that are incorrectly bid on.

All items from Mason Phones come with a 12 month warranty (Sonim handsets come with 36 months). If there is a problem with the phone after the initial DOA period please contact us immediately with as many details as possible about the problem. Do not send the item at this stage, we will inform you when and where to post to. You will need to return the full sales package. You will be responsible for postage of the item both to and from us. We will be responsible for postage to and from the manufacturer. The item will generally remain at the manufacturer for 14 days. Please note that the Imei Number behind the battery must match Imei on the package
